Val Lewis was appointed Parish Clerk in 1995.
She lives in Long Eaton, was educated at Wilsthorpe Comprehensive School and worked for Broxtowe Borough Council until 1990.
She was responsible for the Council’s successful application for ‘Quality Council’ status.
